Email threads scatter. Our fieldwork coordination uses a single daily log shared with the client contact: samples requested, samples received, open questions, and the next day’s focus. Engagement leads can see drift early instead of discovering it on Friday.
Morning alignment
Fifteen minutes with the client contact against yesterday’s log and today’s site plan.
Request waves
Sample lists released in small batches with owner names and due times, not one giant dump.
Same-day escalation
Missing receiving logs or locked cabinets are raised the same day, with a proposed workaround.
